He isn't really a good player at all. He can just dunk and that's about it. His free throws are garbage and he barely makes any baskets outside the paint. All that a side, he is a very likable player with monster dunks. And that gets a lot of attention.

Yeah, he's flashy. People get caught up in that pretty easily.
Glad OKC got back to form tonight.

Someone explain to me why people think Blake Griffin is a great player? He's not. Sure, he's strong as hell and that allows him to drive it to the hole against anyone, but he doesn't make the players around him better. W/out Chris Paul, the Clippers are a sub .500 team. probably part of it is a lack of other quality big men, right? (in no particular order) duncan, howard, love, pau and marc gasol, bynum, dirk, bosh, ... what other big men would you maybe take over griffin? definitely overrated in the "best power forward in the game" discussion though (I gotta give that to kevin love, especially if he stays in the shape he was in this year)

Kevin Love is great. Marc Gasol is really fun to watch as well.

i dont know if i have the ability to handle more heart break tonight. its not even the celtics losing that hurts so bad... its miami thinking they deserve ANY of this.

I truly hate watching Miami play. It's like watching the fucking Monstars from Space Jam. Is a three way alley oop really necessary? Fuck no! I hate it!!!!

notice how the celtics win without any extra help from the officials. okay, maybe i should say without constant obstacles set by the officials. but they win based on talent and team-play. they are simply a better team than miami.

i'm thinking danny ainge's words to the officials after game 2 may have resonated a little. looks like (at least at home) they're going to step back and let us actually play basketball.
last night ruled.
